If you knew there was a supplement that would enhance your cellular quality of life and energize you daily, wouldn't you jump for joy? Well, that's what I've discovered and I'm excited to share this information with you. Let's learn about TRU NIAGEN®, NAD (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide), and the role they play in a healthier aging process.
After turning 50 I think I experienced what a lot of us do when we hit that number; I felt the need to zero in on the quality of my life. I've fortunately always been passionate about fitness and I plan on continuing my workouts! I work full time as a lifestyle blogger and influencer, I'm married, we have a teenage guy and a cute dog, and we're an active family. I had my son at forty and my goal is to continue to live a long, healthy life so I can watch him thrive. But there is the natural progression of life that we can't avoid...aging. That being said, there is a way to improve our quality of the aging process. There are ways we can take charge of our health, and knowledge is one of them. Let's take a look at a supplement from TRU NIAGEN® that has been clinically proven to safely increase the vital cofactor NAD needed by your body to make energy and keep cells healthy as we age... so you can share more moments like these with people you love.
WHAT IS NAD
NAD is found in every living cell and is an essential building block during energy production. But we lose up to 50% of our NAD levels between the ages of 40 and 60. When NAD levels are low, our cells can't produce the energy they need to maintain our health as we age. So, higher NAD levels can help support better overall health in aging better.
When Our levels of NAD are increased our energy is increased and we can enjoy our workout routines. Fitness is huge for me and my family, I like to diversify my workouts and NAD also enhances muscle recovery. I've personally noticed my muscles are not as sore when I first get out of bed or by the end of the day. I don't take many supplements, I've mostly focused on fitness, food, and gratitude but I do plan to continue using TRU NIAGEN® now that I'm aware of NAD.
Our bodies need NAD whenever we eat, drink, sleep and breathe. Yep... pretty much all the time. Our cells naturally produce NAD, but we also use it all day, every day. TRU NIAGEN® restores your body's NAD, every time you take it. I take two capsules, every morning at the same time with water. I can't quite put my finger on exactly what it is, but I will tell you I do feel different, and yes, energized.
Yes, it's safe to use and TRU NIAGEN® has no known negative side effects.
NAD Stressors that can cause you to use a lot of NAD - Here's a few.
* Consuming too much alcohol
* Overexposure to the sun
* Consuming too many calories (over-nutrition)
The stress of travel is another area where NAD might play a positive role in health. NAD is known to be important in regulating circadian rhythm, the normal 24-hour cycle that regulates many important functions in the body, including sleep. For this reason, I used TRU NIAGEN® this past June when I was off to Europe on an ambitious trip that included planes, trains, and automobiles.
Thank you TRU NIAGEN® for shedding light on how important NAD is for our overall everyday functions. Staying healthy involves many steps, but having a supplement that supports that goal gives me peace of mind... and a lot of energy.
Check back in so I can share my progress with you!
