There are so many different ways to wear a scarf.  I use them for a belt, a band around my hats, wrap it around your purse handle, turn it into a small over the shoulder bag, your head and of course draped around your neck. The key to tying a scarf is to not look as though you put too much effort into tying it.

Scarfs 101...chic, stylish, elegant and lend a bit of mystery to the confident woman that wears them. You know that  beautiful french woman sitting at a cafe' sipping champagne laughing with her friends. Throw on your scarf today and feel that certain "Joie De Vivre"   Viola…
