Embracing Versatility: Fashion Fitness Wear in Rainy Los Angeles

It’s been a chilly, rainy spring in the usually sunny streets of Los Angeles. Although I love it…my trenchcoat is on rotation, and it became evident that versatility in attire was key to navigating everyday raindrops. For the gray skies, there are a few styles that stood out—fashion fitness wear, seamlessly blending functionality with sporty elegance.

Maybe you’re off to your workout, a breakfast meeting, lunch meetings, or enjoying casual dinners. The adaptability of fashion fitness wear has been on repeat for me. Since I’m a huge leopard fan, this rain hat is now in its fourth season! Raindrops keep falling on my leopard head… all good!

Busting out my best “Nancy Drew” in this trench and fringe bag. I never travel without this phone-case brand.

This oversized but functional blazer effortlessly bridged the gap between professional attire and activewear, ensuring a polished appearance while maintaining my personal street style.

Evenings promised casual dinners with friends, where fashion fitness wear continued to shine. If you’re in search of a new & fun, uupbeat bistro, try Bar CouCou in West Hollywood. I’m a big fan!

I always appreciate a good graphic-T

These low-rise flair jeans look great with sneakers or heels. They're also a great price! A classic bag and classic heel, like this kitten heel, elevates your casual look to the next level.

That’s Buster, just making sure I’m on schedule…

Alo is releasing so many great styles and are a thumbs-up in my book for “what to wear to the airport”

Stripes for the summer, love the softness of this Tee.

Everyday Casual and Airport Travel Wear

This blazer is my favorite when it comes to casual and stylish. I love the way the waistband looks when it’s buttoned in the front, and there are two pockets with zippers in the front. The material is easy to keep clean, and it’s a must-have for travel. People always ask me where I got this blazer.

Alot of look for an everyday - travel blazer.

This bag is a winner for me when I need that extra piece of luggage - slides over your luggage handle. Thanks to this strap, I breathed a little fresh air into this LV clutch.

I Just Got Back From a Destination Wedding, and This Is the Outfit I Wore

Last month we attended a black-tie destination wedding in Saint Barthelemy, so I searched to strike the perfect balance between elegance and comfort.

Ultimately, I opted for a floor-length one-shoulder gown with feathered trim from Taller Marmo. I wanted to focus on a dress that was elegant and sophisticated, with a touch of old Hollywood glamour. Taller Marmo is known for its lighter-than-air satin kaftans and asymmetric gowns that ripple with fringes, ostrich feathers, and gorgeous colors.

To complement the beachy and sophisticated vibe, my accessories from Cult Gaia, including a bag, sunglasses, and hair clips (similar) were perfect for the celebration; simple, sleek, and elegant with the pearl touches.

Eres is always a destination favorite with its beautiful colors and classic styles. This black one-piece is also super supportive, and I love the asymmetrical one-shoulder touch featuring a center-front cutout and twist detailing; plus, the strap can be worn on either shoulder to allow for a customizable fit.

Here is a new brand that I’m excited to share with you; this jumper is so comfortable and also works as a bathing suit cover-up. My caftan is over ten years old; I continue adding caftans to my closet; they never go out of style!

Natalie Martin's pieces are stylish and the easiest to pack. Just roll them up, and you are set for a week of feeling chic and comfortable. (especially when it’s hot out) Most of her pieces can be dressed up or down; she's a great resource if you’re packing for carry-on only. Bag / Sandals / Necklace

My husband wore David August along with all the other men; you can read more about his clothing brand here. Loved the simplicity of this small bag, and it’s perfect for carrying just the essentials.

Cheers to the guy who makes the coolest fancy pants I know. On the night before the wedding, David designed pants that were made for all the men, and it set the tone, I must say. All the guys looked fantastic!

Congratulations to our dear friends, Sonja and David; we had the most incredible time celebrating your wedding day and meeting your family and friends!

The FootCloud Gel Cushions - Chrysmela (earring saver)

You can never go wrong with a pair of Aminas. I adore the rhinestones on these strappy sandals, and the only way I survived dancing the night away, The FootCloud Gel Cushions, saved my feet. Also, all my earrings are now replaced with Chrysmela - the most secure, lock-and-unlock earring back on the market, and that’s a fact!!
