Triceps- Biceps And Inner Thigh Quickie

Band Workout for your on the go lifestyle.  Everywhere I go, so do my Gaiam Exercise Resistance Bands.  You can have an effective workout with these bands.  Whether you are at  the office, your home, or on your vacation, these bands are so lightweight you can take them anywhere.   Omgirl  legging and cami  lululemon headband

BICEPS- Place the band beneath your feet at hips distance - With the band in each hand- grip with your fist - Tuck your elbows at your hips - Begin to curl your arms up then stopping back at your hip level - Remember to keep your core firm and take the arch out of your back.  I like to do 3 reps of 25 

Triceps - Placing a portion of the band under your foot - Take the other end of the band in opposite hand - With the band stretched next to your side - Keep your elbow tucked next to your head - Lower your hand slowly, feeling the burn in the Tricep - 4 reps  (2 on each arm) of 25 - You can certainly feel this, be sure and keep your core strong and remove the arch from your back.

SIDE VIEW -  Keep your elbow close to your head - Switch to opposite arm & foot

The Inner thigh is my toughest area - I can certainly feel the burn with this exercise - I like to do 4 reps (2 reps on each leg) 25 lifts each leg.  These resistance bands are a big help, and if you only have a few minutes a day, you can boost your metabolisim and feel a little stronger every time you take action.   *  I am not a trainer*    I enjoy sharing with you the exercises I find helpful.  Stay Fit and Love Your Vessel, You are important
