SEXY SHOULDERS

 -Did you know that Building up your Deltoid muscles will make your waist appear smaller?  The most important muscle to concentrate on as far as aesthetics is the Deltoid,  To build sexy shoulders you need to target this area.   It's considered the most prominent muscle of the shoulder muscles. Strengthening your rear deltoid muscles helps to pull your shoulders back, and straighten your posture.  We don't want to start hunching over at this stage in our lives.  Let's keep our spines as strong and aligned as we can.  I think we all use to hear "Shoulders back and sit up straight"  Thanks Mom!  you were right.

Start with a three pound or five pound weights. Place in the center of your stomach and raise the arms laterally (out to the side), maintaining a slight bend at the elbow, raise to shoulder height only *Go slowly when doing this exercise. If you struggle to lift the weight, then choose a lighter one.  Teeki Tights   Nike /top/shoes

I like to do three reps of 20.  If you are a beginner/ you can do light weight/2 sets/10 reps.  Intermediate/ moderate weight/3 sets/12 reps/  advanced/ 4 sets/6 reps.   Stay Fit - Take care of your vessel, take care of your heart.
