Happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers out there! Moms of kids, moms of pets, god-mother’s, mother-in-laws, stepmother’s and Mother Earth!

Entering motherhood later in life was a blessing for me, I know for a fact the timing was meant to be. Finding love and happiness and entering motherhood saved my soul! Our boy Luca, which means bringer of light was just that, a bright light and a heart opening journey. I have so many wonderful memories from the day he was born, I feel so blessed every single day and also grateful to still have my mom. It’s a wonderful gift being a mother, because you have the chance to revisit all these wonderful experiences and see the world through the eyes of a child… I guess you could say, I now see things in a whole new light.

SUPERBLOOMS IN NATALIE MARTIN

Dear Spring,

I had so much fun spending the day with you. I feel so alive when surrounded in your beauty and I always love our inspiring conversations.

This year in Los Angeles the superblooms have been just that…super. I spent the morning in Malibu with Melissa Meyers and photographer Stefanie Marie and we couldn’t stop smiling. Between the daisies and the painted lady butterflies that migrated in from Mexico, it was a joyful day. When spring and summer hit the calendar I pretty much live in Natalie Martin and now these sandals from R0AM Foot Wear have taken over my feet!

YEAR OF THE PIG

Recently I took a little drive to Chinatown. I had been there many moons ago as they say and I sure did enjoy myself. How often do you take time to discover or rediscover areas in your own city? My answer to myself was not enough.

If you’re looking to add a little spark and just wanna step outside of the daily routine then dress yourself happy and take yourself on a little journey. It’s good for the soul!
